The aptly named, beautiful Villa Kao Lom, means mountain breeze in thai language
Villa Kao Lom truly is paradise. On first floor, as you enter, you are struck by the most dazzling view of the bay and this theme continues through the lounge kitchen and dining room of the horse shoe shaped design.
The large lounge has sliding doors to allow you to enjoy the mountain breeze and make the very most of the spectacular setting. It comes with TV, DVD and stereo for your comfort and enjoyment.
The villa has a large modern well equipped kitchen, which leads into the stylish dinning area, again with panoramic views and large sliding windows.
Villa Kao-Lom is a three bedroom villa, sleeping a maximum of five. The two double bedrooms open out onto the very private pool deck. The pool deck is complete with a beautiful 25sqm, free form, infinity pool with integral tiled seat Jacuzzi.
On the pool level there is a third single bedroom and wonderfully appointed guest bathroom. The master bedroom comes equipped with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, complete with walk in shower and striking bath. The living areas and bedrooms are all fully air conditioned and the house is beautifully furnished with contemporary Thai furniture.
The outside areas are equipped with sun-loungers and comfortable dining furniture. The pool deck, while not being overlooked in any direction, enjoys views of the sea to the front and the coconut palms to the left and right. A truly magical setting for peace and relaxation.
To make the most of beautiful Thai weather the house has a sala for you to enjoy alfresco dining or simply to sit and relax in it’s shade with your favourite cocktail. Equally the sala is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sun go down over the islands far out to sea, it has a fan and lighting for your comfort.
Kao Lum is very popular and there are many return guests to this spacious and comfortably furnished villa located in one of Samuis best managed villages. This villa is managed by Coconut Hills who have an onsite service manager during the daytime to visit and assist you with any question or to organise car rental, in-villa massage and other services you may require.
Santi Thani village is a beautiful, mature private estate with acres of natural jungle and tastefully built villas. Each villa is located in its own grounds with tropical gardens.
The village is close to Bang Por beach with its local restaurants and small bars; relatively undeveloped coastline in north samui.

Santi Thani is a tranquil development set in the foothills of Ban Thai, Villa Kao Lom is 3 minutes from Bang Po beach. The beach is dotted with local bars and restaurants and 10 minutes by car to Samui’s capital Nathon and 30 minutes from the lively Chaweng and Samui Airport.
Guests at Kao Lom will need to have their own transport due to the location of the villa. We can arrange car rental for you. If you are unable to drive, Taxis are possible but will work cost a bit more At the main road outside the village there are local truck taxis - Songtaew - charging around 50 baht to go to Maenam or beyond.
The residential area is suitable for couples or families; anyone looking for the party spots and groups of singles are recommended to stay nearer to the towns of Chaweng or Lamai
