Located on the well established and exclusive private hillside village of Santi Thani, on the north coast of Koh Samui, the property is surrounded by tropical palms and beautiful gardens.
Nirvana is beautifully furnished and ideal for guests who have come to Koh Samui to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The villa design provides the majority of rooms, both upstairs and downstairs, with stunning west facing views over the tropical palms to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Siam.
The villa is furnished to a high standard with all new fixtures and fittings. There are cool tiled floors downstairs, and wood parquet floors in the bedrooms.
On entering the impressive hall area you will be immediately captivated by the breathtaking view of the 9 metre infinity/horizon edge pool and the ocean vista beyond. Sliding doors open out from the lounge and dining room onto the pool deck and breakfast patio.
The hallway is 10 meters in height taking in the two floors of the house to the exposed rafters in the "V" shaped roof. Stairs lead up from the hall to the minstrels gallery with attractive feature arch windows.
A fully fitted kitchen, guest shower room and a TV room with satellite TV, DVD and CD unit complete the ground floor accommodation.
The air conditioned master bedroom suite has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The covered balcony is a perfect area to sit and take in the beauty of the surrounding countryside. A carpet of palms in front of the house changes colour as the sun goes down and sets into the ocean behind the marine park islands on the horizon.
The two remaining air conditioned bedrooms at the other end of the gallery share a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed which conveniently separates into two 3ft beds if required, .A balcony with seating overlooks the pool. The third bedroom has a queen size bed (5ft),and enjoys views of the gardens and a partial sea view.
Outside, perched on one side of the pool deck, a Thai sala (covered resting area) furnished with 2 sun loungers provides an escape from the hot sun to relax and enjoy the ever present cooling sea breezes.
On the opposite pool deck is the breakfast patio with access from the dining room. It is furnished with sun loungers and a round table with chairs. Beautiful pot plants border the sundeck and upstairs balcony areas.
The 9 meter swimming pool features a sky blue tiling in an infinity edge design. At the shallow end there is a double Jacuzzi seat where you can sip cocktails whilst enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
A sweeping driveway leads to a 2 car carport, from which steps lead up to the maid quarters and utility room with washer/dryer. This area is separated from the main house by a pathway straddling a pond feature with rocks and water plants.
The nearest beach is almost opposite the main entrance to the Santi Thani hillside village and is accessed by walking through a typical Koh Samui beach restaurant with its bamboo tables and chairs balancing on the sand. The restaurant is very popular with locals and visitors and serves both Thai and international cuisine, as do most of the beach restaurants in the local area.
The beach itself is very quiet and is a typical 'picture postcard' palm fringed tropical beach and is and is swimable in places.
There is a convenience store at the foot of the hill which sells the basics such as bread, milk, bottled water etc, as well as an abundance of 7/11 stores around the island which are open 24 hours. Koh Samui's Tesco Lotus hypermarket is approximately a 20 minute drive away. The local restaurants are worth trying and there is a good selection of well established restaurants within a 10 - 15 minute drive.
