Positioned on a quiet hillside above Kata Noi, Villa Maré is a five bedroom retreat that makes the Andaman Sea the constant backdrop of every day. Spanning 505 sqm across three floors and a private rooftop terrace, it is a villa designed for those who want space, light and uninterrupted views in equal measure.
The architecture is modern tropical throughout. Floor to ceiling glass draws the horizon into the living spaces, where open plan dining and lounge areas flow naturally between indoors and out. The fully equipped European kitchen, Smart TV and generous seating for ten make it as practical as it is considered. The rooftop terrace is the villa's quiet highlight: a private perch above the hillside where the views stretch wide and the day slows down.
The private infinity pool sits at the heart of outdoor life, with two sunbeds and open sea views. Fira Beach Club is steps away, Kata Noi Beach is 1.5 kilometres down the hill, and Kata and Karon beaches are within easy reach for those wanting to explore the coastline.
Villa Maré sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk in closet and bathtub, private sea view balcony, sofa and TV. Guest Bedroom 1 has twin beds, an ensuite with walk in closet and private balcony. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, ensuite with walk in closet and private balcony. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with shared bathroom access. Guest Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a private garden view balcony.
Rates include all utilities, WiFi, daily Thai cooking service for breakfast and lunch, daily housekeeping, pool cleaning, an English speaking villa manager and concierge service via WhatsApp. A complimentary return airport transfer is included for stays of three nights or more on direct bookings. Dinner service is available at additional cost, either prepared by villa staff or via a private chef arrangement subject to availability.
Sea Theatre Villa Maré forms part of the wider Sea Theatre Kata Noi collection alongside Villa Privé and Villa Alté. The three villas together offer up to 14 bedrooms for larger groups seeking the same hillside setting with the option of private or shared spaces across the estate.

Low and high seasons: All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime and peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival.
Prime and peak seasons: All payments received will be forfeited or refunded pro rata should another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled. No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival.
Early check in and late check out: Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.
Notes: An admin fee of USD 50 plus 7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non payment of the balance. If the dates of a booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
