Set into the hillside above the Andaman Sea within Amarin Cove Estate just south of Kamala Beach, Villa Yin is the largest of three private villas forming the Yin Yang collection. Spanning four levels with 750sqm of indoor and outdoor living space, it is a five bedroom retreat designed for families and groups who want generous space, attentive service and the sea as a constant presence.
The architecture blends Thai and contemporary design throughout. At its heart is an open plan living and dining pavilion housing a Minotti kitchen that is both polished and practical, with glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The interiors are composed and easy, with space for ten to gather or disperse according to the rhythm of the day.
Outdoors, an 18 by 4 metre saltwater infinity pool stretches along the terrace with a shallow children's section and uninterrupted views across the Andaman Sea. Nine sunbeds, a broad pool deck, shaded dining areas, a rooftop dining space, massage deck, sauna and outdoor barbecue facilities make it a villa that rewards slow days. Tropical gardens soften the architecture throughout.
Villa Yin sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, private balcony and sea view. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and ensuite shower room. Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen size beds, ensuite shower rooms with walk in closets and private sea view balconies. Guest Bedroom 4 has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and private sea view balcony. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Rates include all utilities, WiFi, daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping, private chef for lunch and dinner, pool cleaning, gardening, an English speaking villa manager, concierge service and a complimentary airport transfer for stays of three nights or more. The villa also benefits from a fully equipped European kitchen, wine cellar, espresso machine and poolside dining.
Villa Yin forms part of the wider Yin Yang estate alongside Villa Yang and Villa Yin Noi. When booked together the three villas create a rare ten bedroom private retreat for up to 20 guests.

Cancellation Terms
Low & high seasons
All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime & peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival.
Prime & peak Seasons
All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival
Early Check-in & Late Check-Out fees
Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited

An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
