Each three-bedroom Sea Villa features a top-floor Master Bedroom with its own private entrance, a king-size bed, sofa seating, an outdoor swinging chair for two, and a large ensuite bathroom with a free-form bathtub and double vanity. The two Guest Bedrooms sit at ground level, identical in design, each with a king-size bed, work desk, and ensuite bathroom. A separate three-bedroom Beach Villa within the residences, with direct access to the sand and its own private saltwater lagoon pool, is also available.
Ideal for families or friends, the villas promise privacy and space, with shared access to the estate's common pool, gym, and poolside dining. Cancellation of a Booking
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
- 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
- For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.
Amendments to a Booking
The villa management will do its best to accommodate any reasonable amendments, but the Guest should be aware that some changes may not be possible. Charges may also apply. Note: A shortening of stay for any reason is considered a cancellation.
