Villa Firefly is a spacious and popular Koh Samui sea view villa with 5 luxurious en-suite bedrooms and stunning views over the north east coastline of Koh Samui.
Conveniently located approximately 2km in the hills above Bophut bay the villa is entered up stone steps from the parking area and opens straight on to the 16m swimming pool level that is flanked by cushioned sun loungers strategically positioned to enjoy the panoramic views.
The vast living area stretches the whole length of the pool deck with sets of fold-back doors creating the concept of indoor/outdoor tropical living.
The kitchen with breakfast bar is located at one end with a beautiful large teak dining table seating up to 12 persons. The spacious lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and a wall hung TV.
A sala at one end of the swimming pool can cater for a further 10 persons and is perfect for entertaining with a state of the art surround sound system, a wine chiller, fridge and electric cook tops. In addition there is a digital mood lighting system throughout the living areas so you can set the scene of your choice.
3 identical guest ensuite bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa on the left side at the top pf the steps. These bedrooms share a communal balcony overlooking the pool and enjoying sea vews. To the right of the steps is duplex accommodation with a master suite with private balcony and sea views on the upper level and a further master suite with private terrace located on the lower level with private terrace, sea views and access from the pool terrace.
The newly completely renovated villa was designed by an award winning Hong Kong based architect to create the ideal open plan lifestyle whilst maintaining a high level of privacy.
Being located on Bophut Hill and gated off from public access gives guests the chance to loosen up and experience purely undisturbed relaxation far from the hustle and bustle of busy streets.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
