Alpha Villa is an expansive 3-5 bedroom hillside property and is an excellent example of modern tropical architecture, built on three separate levels to maximize space, surrounded by carefully tended lawns and gardens.
As you enter the villa from a private car port on its upper level your are greeted with an incredible view of the surrounding hills and coastline.
The main living, dining and kitchen area opens directly onto a large sand washed sun terrace and infinity pool, the entire space drawing in the scenery and ocean breezes.
The spacious, double master bedroom also connects to the pool terrace and therefore benefits from similar breathtaking views. This attractive room also boasts an indoor and an outdoor bathroom ensuite, the latter with an indulgent tub and rain shower.
Stairs lead directly from the dining area down to the villa's middle level, where a comfortable double guest bedroom occupies a private corner, overlooking the garden.
This level also boasts a huge AV room that almost spans the length of the villa, complete with a home theatre system, large sofa and scatter cushions to relax on.
A few steps then drop to the lower level bedrooms, all of which have their own private garden terraces. A double and a twin guest room share a bathroom, making them ideal for a family, while a separate, second master suite features its own spacious bathroom with glass walled rain shower and skylight.
Back up the steps, daytime pleasures centre around the large infinity pool, which literally pours into the view.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation. The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Prime Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. Peak Season - Christmas and New year Period: 75 days or more before arrival date. For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa
