Baan Jakawan is an extraordinary, vast and quality built villa set in an elevated position between Chaweng and Choeng Mon providing uninterrupted 180 degrees sea views.
Approached along a private wall-lined road, the villa is built in contemporary Thai style with a design that maximises individual privacy but also offers multiple opportunities to relax, soak up the sun, doze in the shade, admire the outstanding views or entertain.
Entering through large wooden doors the sprawling property stuns, surprises and excites at every turn. It is arranged in a series of pavilions all designed and furnished to an exceptional standard. Foldaway glass walls meld the expansive outdoor living area with the luxurious interior to capitalise on its beautiful location.
The main living area near the top of the property is a huge open-plan space, sumptuously furnished with lounge areas inside and out including a fully fitted western kitchen and dining for 10 persons. The glass walls fold away on 3 sides, and lead out onto a huge sand-wash balcony that provides dining for a further 20 people overlooking the pool.
The absolutely breath-taking 20 metre magnificent and unusual infinity edge swimming pool appears to merge with the sea as it meanders across the property, starting as a rectangle then extending into a rounded pool that features a swim up bar. A kitchen with grill and another large dining table for al fresco dining compliments this area.
Baan Jakawan is a unique Koh Samui holiday property consisting of 7 bedrooms sleeping up to 14 guests. Two of the en-suite bedrooms are housed on two different floors in a pavilion next to the pool and 3 further en-suite bedrooms are situated under the living room and above the pool level and have a sea view balcony and bathrooms that open out to a courtyard at the rear. Steps down from the swimming pool lead to one of the master bedrooms and features a 4-poster bed and large en suite bathroom.
At the highest point of the villa a final pavilion houses the main master bedroom which has balconies front and back enjoying stunning sea views of the coastline between Choeng Mon and Chaweng and lush mountain views behind. On the same high level there is an open sala furnished with sofas reached from the living area which is a great spot for relaxation and cocktails.
The whole villa is set in lush landscaped tropical gardens with water features and charming little wooden bridges.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
3.2 Relaxed Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 Period
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19-related flight cancellations or travel restrictions, the below terms and conditions apply:
