Don't die before having spent some days in Jakawan....

We spent 5 nights in this splendid house.
Among all villas in Koh Samui we have chosen Jakawan because of the Thai style, and the view. And I have to say that we have not been disappointed at all. The swimming pool is also amazingly large proposing different areas for good swim, kids play and a nice access to the bar of the pool house. 
7 large bedrooms with a splendid ocean view, all nicely decorated and well furnished. The living area is large and open, offering at breakfast an infinite view of the sea touching the sky (or vice versa) a gift from the sunrise every morning.
The Jakawan team was just perfect, very discreet, they all took care of us as if we were VIPs whilst giving you the feeling that you are staying in your own home. The Chef is excellent and will delight you with a large choice of Thai style dishes, spicy as you like. I had many experiences of luxurious hotels in Thailand, and I have to say that Jakawan goes beyond that. You can enjoy whatever you want at any time, things as simple as the fact that the swimming pool does not close, you feel free, no other tourist around you... Jakawan becomes your home offering you a unique experience.

The Villa is spread over several floors, just something to take into account in case you cannot move easily. But in our case my mother did not suffer from that as you have only few stairs between the various living areas..

If you travel as a group, of a large family this is a must do for a price slightly higher than a luxurious hotel.

Jakawan was just Perfect, I know that we will do it again.

Beautiful Villa, Great Staff

Stunning views from the villa and pure luxury. Food was delicious, and the chef will cater to any requirements and allergies. The staff are lovely - Nat does an amazing job making sure everyone is happy, and ensuring you have all you want and need. From fresh fruit shakes by the pool to a fantastic cake for my husband's birthday, we were very much taken care of. The pool is huge, and you don't need or want to leave!
We've been twice now and loved it both times.

Had our wedding here and was not disappointed, the staff are very helpful and nice, cant fault anything besides the rooms didn't have there own fridge which makes a long upstair walk to the main kitchen fridge when wanting a cold drink, the hot water takes about 5 minutes to heat up and some rooms none at all, one rooms aircon didn't work but besides that it was perfect.

I normally don’t write emails of this nature but am making the time to acknowledge my recent stay at Baan Jakawan in Koh Samui.

I can safely say that in all of the years of booking Villas around the world, Baan Jakawan is the best I or any of my friends have every come across.

The sheer beauty of the Villa and its grounds was fantastic not to mention the views of the ocean. However, I have always found that it’s the people of the resort/residence that makes the experience complete. Porn and her team were absolutely amazing and we could not have wished for a better team of people to look after us.

Nothing was ever too much effort, they were flexible with us as being 15 guys we would be popping up for breakfast at various times and gave minimal notice when we wanted a meal on out last night. Bearing all of this in mind we were never told something wasn’t possible, the food was fantastic and the cleanliness of the Villa was excellent at all times.

Please pass our congratulations on to the team for being as good as they are, the level of service they provide cannot be equalled in many places on this planet! I look forward to visiting Baan Jakawan again.
