The Eranda Chic Pool Villa 2 is the perfect combination of modernity, comfort privacy and perfectly positioned for access to two of the most popular spots on Koh Samui.
This beautiful 2 bedroom villa is one of 4 similar villas elevated just off the main ring road of Koh Samui and is just 5 minutes from downtown Chaweng and the famous white sands of Chaweng beach and a few minutes from the charming and family orientated Cheong Mon Bay..
The entrance to the villa is a few wide steps from your private parking space leads into the main open plan living room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a table seating 4 and at the front of the villa facing the sea views is the lounge area furnished with a squashy sofa and 2 separate leather chairs.
A smart flat screen TV with international premium channels hangs from the wall and floor to ceiling glass doors open out to a terrace. The terrace is furnished with an al fresco dining set, sun loungers and parasols and surround the 40sqm pool with a jacuzzi at one end.
All this you can enjoy whilst you sit and relax enjoying the sea views.
Back inside, 2 bedrooms lead off from either side of the living room.
Bedroom 1 is on the left side and has a king size bed with double aspect sliding glass doors opening out on to the pool terrace. The ensuite bathoom is quite special with a walk in warbrobe, leading to the vanity unit with twin sinks and a semi-open ara with overhead rain shower as well as a hand shower.
Bedroom 2 on the right side of the living area also has a king size bed and with similar sliding glass doors leading out on to the pool terrace. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity unit with double sinks, a large modern bath tub and a semi-open area with overhead rain shower as well as a hand shower
A reception is situated at the entrance to the Eranda Chic Pool Villas for any assistance needed with respect of tours , rental cars etc.
Breakfast will be delivered to the villa by the resort staff every morning
A complimentary shuttle bus is available mid morning for transport to the Central Festival shopping mall hosting a number of restaurants, a department store and a number of smaller outlets. Access to the beach is also possible in this area through the hotels/resorts.
